CustomerConnect Registration


City of New Westminster Customer|Connect is an online portal where you can view and manage your Electric utility account:

• View bills and consumption information,
• Sign up for eBilling
• Sign up for the Pre-authorized Payment Plan

To access Customer|Connect you must register. To register you must have your most current electrical bill and an email address.

Please enter the required information on the Registration Form and click on ‘Register’. An activation link will be sent to your email account. To complete the registration process and activate your new City of New Westminster Customer|Connect account, please access the email and follow its instructions.

When entering your account number, do not include any zeros at the front of your account number. Example: Account Number 00001234 This customer would enter 1234.

City of New Westminster Customer|Connect will only use this email to reset your password or send you emergency notifications.
